Printed pattern for Block 8 of for 'In the Toy shop window'. (does not include fabric, instructions only).

This is the eighth of nine patterns to make The Toy Shop Window BOM. In it, we will make the top row, centre block. The panel measures 16.5 by 10.5”

The patchwork background is of a window frame, with red bricks surrounding, a snowy windowsill and dark green window frame (on 3 sides). Inside the shop glows with yellows and tans and there are two mice waltzing in a christmas wreath.

The applique is cut from batik fabrics and layered to build up mice and their toys.

The patterns contains the templates along with plenty of colour photographs through each step.

I don't teach you how to do free motion embroidery in this pattern, other than my own hints and tips, neither do I tell you how to set your machine up for free motion embroidery but I do give you all the stages for you to make your own embroidery.
