Fabric kit and Printed pattern for "Tui and Kowhai tree" New Zealand raw edge applique tutorial free motion embroidery

the kit contains freezer paper, stabiliser and the applique fabrics. The background fabric and the hoop is not included.

This block finished as 10” square block (or circular hoop design) and would work well as a standalone pattern.

It features a plain background with raw edge applique (sewn without fusible) secured with free-motion embroidery. The applique is cut from batik fabrics and layered to build up the bird and tree.
