This listing is for the PDF patterns to complete the tree skirt. Please note that I originally wrote this pattern for a magazine and as a result it is more consise than I normally manage! It is reflected in a reduced price. (The cushion pattern shown in the main picture is a separate pattern and is available on my website - Christmas morning).
The full quilt consists of 4 blocks (it is repeated so there are two individual block designs and you will make them twice.) and will be 32" high by 32" with a dark blue background. It will have the centre cut away (unless you want to make it just as a solid panel) and fasten with hooks and eyes so you can fasten it around your Christmas tree. The tree skirt is a circle and the animals are set on point, so whichever block you have facing the front will be the right way up.
The quilt itself is in my usual style, so it is a patchwork background with raw edge applique sewn with free motion embroidery. You don't need a fancy machine to sew it but your machine needs to be able to do free motion embroidery. The pattern contains basic instructions for the patchwork. I don't go into a lot of detail on patchwork as I am assuming that you know the basics but other than the odd half square triangle, it is all pretty simple.-------------------------------

Raggedy Ruff Sewing patterns, fabric kits and finished sewn items are not designed for children under the age of 3 years. The plastic bags the sewing patterns and fabric kits are packaged in a plastic grip seal bag which represents a choking hazard to children under 3. Fabric kits contain small fabric pieces which also represent a choking hazard.
The patterns themselves assume you will be using standard sewing equipment like rotary cutters, scissors, needles and sewing machines. You should take suitable care when following the instructions and do so at your own risk. The patterns are intended for adults and if older children are following using them, it should only be done under the careful supervision of a responsible adult.

Descriptions of contents:
Printed patterns contain printed paper and are packaged in a grip seal polythene plastic bag.
Digital patterns consist of a PDF that is downloaded by the customer.
Fabric kits contain printed paper, cotton and cotton/linen blend fabrics, waxed freezer paper, adhesive labels and a paper-based tearaway stabiliser, packaged in a grip seal polythene plastic bag.
Fabric panels contain cotton fabric packaged in a grip seal polythene plastic bag.
Finished fabric pieces contain cotton and cotton blend fabrics, polyester wadding, cotton, polyester and rayon embroidery threads. Packaged in tissue paper.
