Pattern set for "Keeping a lookout"

The quilt measures 14" wide by 30" tall and has a patchwork background with raw edge applique mice and toys. I use no glue, paints, or fusible. Just fabric and thread.

The patchwork background is of a scrappy mixture of pastels and cream/tans.

The applique is cut from batik fabrics and layered to build up the row of curious meerkats.

The patterns contains the templates along with plenty of colour photographs through each step.

I don't teach you how to do free motion embroidery in this pattern, other than my own hints and tips, neither do I tell you how to set your machine up for free motion embroidery but I do give you all the stages for you to make your own embroidery.
