Fabric kit and printed pattern for raw edge applique using free motion embroidery.
Please choice from either purchasing the entire quilt at once, or you can purchase the first kit and I will then be in touch to purchase the rest of the patterns at monthly intervals. Please consider carefully before starting a block of the month on whether you are able to purchase all the patterns. It can be difficult for me to sell the remaining blocks of an incomplete quilt. :)
The full kit is £80 plus postage.
The BOM is £20 a month plus postage and runs for 4 months. Postage to the UK is an additional £1. 75 and overseas is £5 a month.
The quilt will measures 28 by 28" and has a plain background with raw edge applique birds and flowers. I use no glue, paints, or fusible. Just fabric and thread. It will be a similar style to the Florrie the mouse quilt in the last picture, but in the style of the robin. Each block will have season flowers.
To keep costs down and to give you more flexibility, I won't include the background fabric but it is listed in the pattern and readily available if you wanted to do it exactly. I will provide the coordinating piping fabric and binding fabric.
This pattern contains the templates along with plenty of colour photographs through each step.
I don't teach you how to do free motion embroidery in this pattern, other than my own hints and tips, neither do I tell you how to set your machine up for free motion embroidery but I do give you all the stages for you to make your own embroidery.
